Welcome to the Arizona State Women's Club Flag Football team! Get to know our dedicated coaching staff who are committed to developing and empowering our players on and off the field.

HEAD COACH - JESSE PAP

Pap ensures our team is mentally prepared for every game. Pap's dedication to player development and IQ maximizes our team's potential.

Experience: Club HBHF Arizona Offensive Coordinator and Assistant Head Coach. Now ASU Head Coach.

Accomplishments:

- Head Coach for the first-ever women's club flag football team at Arizona State.

- Led Club HBHF Arizona 18U women to first-ever National Championship in 2024.

FOUNDER- SIERRA SMITH

Smith began her flag football journey at Hamilton High School in Chandler, Arizona back in 2021.

She is now a junior at Arizona State University studying Sports Journalism with a minor in Public Relations & Strategic Communications.

Smith is the Founder and current President of Women's Club Flag Football at ASU, she is also recognized as one of the three team captains.
